Red Wine Natural Low InterventionFrom an old vineyard in the Dao region of Portugal comes this charmer of a red wine. There are literally dozens of red and white grapes co-planted and then co- fermented that go into this wine. Field blends such as this are a traditional form of winemaking going back centuries. Chibu is effusive with red berry spicy fruit and floral notes. It's a lighter bodied style making it ideal for a slight chill and both white and red meats as well as fish.
