Chablis Premier Cru "Vaillons" Dauvissat 2023 France

The Dauvissat family have been producing wine in Chablis since 1899. Now run by Jean and his son Sebastian the estate has grown to nearly 25 acres and includes village chablis as well as Premier and Grand cru vineyard selections. The premier and grand cru sites are hillside, on very steep slopes and all have the classic chablis Kimmeridgian limestone subsoil which provides that chablis "cut" of such unique vibrant minerality. Intense, penetrating and persistent, long on the palate with mouth watering acidity.
