Domaine Bordes "Les Narys" 2022 St Chinian, France

From their small property in the Languedoc appellation of St. Chinian the Bordes family make their wines in as low intervention a manner as possible. They are one of only 15 producers in the entire appellation who grow organically. The "Narys" cuvee, made from Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre, is chock full of garrigue, dark cherry, plum, and herbs.
