Domaine de Valdition Blanc "Alpilles" 2023 France

Between Marseilles to the south and Avignon to the north in Provence lie the Alpilles mountains. With them as a backdrop lie the vineyards of Domaine de Valdition. Among their various cuvees a glorious white wine is produced. Certified organic fruit grown on the limestone clay soils of this terroir give us a wine of exciting stony, citrus, white floral generosity. Mostly comprised of Vermentino and finished with Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier and Macabeu this wine is addictive! Think of it for your charcuterie plate, goat cheeses, shellfish and seafood. Not to mention a perfect aperitif.
