Domaine Vendange, Mondeuse "Le Coz" 2021 Savoie, France

From the Vendange family vineyards in the alpine region of Savoie comes this compelling wine. Mondeuse is a relative of Syrah and in these post glacial, limestone soils we have a wine of great character. The nose opens up to a woodsy, cocoa like spice mixed with black fruits. Fullish on the palate.. A great accompaniment to bigger meats and poultry.
