When one mentions the wines of Trentino and especially those made from the Teroldego grape one immediately thinks of Elisabetta Foradori. Her winers are that singularly commanding, yet elegant; serious yet generous. This bottling, the core Teroldego in her portfolio of wines, is comprised from 15 parcels, each vinified separately. The clay, limestone and gravel soils provide minerality that gives backbone to the fruit. Certified biodynamic these are always dynamic wines.
