Grandson of the region's beloved winemaker, Michel Gadais, the rising talent Pierre Henri Gadais now makes the wine at this storied estate which is in the heart of Saint-Fiacre. Saint-Fiacre is an island of a terroir that sits at the convergence of the Sèvre and Maine rivers which regulate the climate, protecting the area from absurd frosts. Nonetheless, a terroir of old-vines, even bush vines dating back to the 1920s.
