Menetou Salon is a small village about 30 minutes southwest of its famous relation Sancerre. The soils within the Menetou appellation share a remarkable similarity to those of Chablis. The clay-limestone soils of these hillside vineyards impart a power to the Sauvignon Blanc grown here. Intensely aromatic yet supremely elegant as well. Complexity abounds in each sip: white flowers, citrus and minerality as well as succulent acidity. A wine of fabulous distinction.
