The Jutta Ambrositich wine estate dates to 2004. Since then it has grown to encompass just under 10 acres spread across ten different hillside parcels on both sides of the Danube River overlooking the city of Vienna.Vienna boasts the largest amount of wine producing vineyard of any city in the world. A traditional style of wine from here is known as Gemischter Satz. In essence this refers to a blend of traditional Austrian grape varietals co-planted, picked on the same day, fermented and blended together. Kosmopolit refers to the wine's roots and origin within the city of Vienna. Fresh, vibrant, vivacious, racy: this describes the energy of both city and the wine!
