Kir-Yianni, Paranga, 2021 Greece

Paranga is a superb introduction to the range of wines the Kir-Yianni wine estate of northwestern Greece produces. The wine's texture is round and generous from it's blend of the indigenous xinomavro grape along with Merlot and Syrah. Red fruits, cherry and spice sing on the palate extending onto a long finish. Fresh acidity give the wine a lively lift. Poor soils, high altitude and low yields give the wine concentration and ripeness. Enjoy!.
