Laura Lardy is the 4th generation of a winemaking family based in the Beaujolais.Laura is dedicated to organic winemaking knowing that in preserving the indigenous yeast of the grape skins along with respect for the soils she is able to allow the terroir of her vineyards to reflect themselves clearly in the wine.From the 40 year old vines she farms in Chenas we have ripe intense fruit, bright acidity adding freshness and ripe tannins providing backbone and structure. Gamay at it's best. Chill it a tiny bit to amplify the high notes!
