Le Galantin Rose 2024 Bandol, France

Domaine Le Galantin is a far younger estate than Pradeaux as its first vintage dates from 1972. Also family owned, also organically farmed the blend of this wine is usually around 60% Mourvèdre, 20% or Cinsault and the balance Grenache. Cinsault provides aromatics while Grenache gives the wine generous fresh fruit. Lightly pale coral in color, fresh and vivacious minerality on both the nose and palate, this is an elegant wine marked by its vibrancy. This is a delicious wine for fish, chicken or a picnic.
