Pantaleone , Pecorino "Onirocep" 2024 Marche, Italy

In a mountainous area of the southern Marche region of Italy the Pantaleone family farm organic grapes for their wines. Their Pecorino Onirocep ( Onirocep=Pecorino spelled backwards!) is a real beauty. Rich and aromatic with abundant concentration and impeccable balance this wine has a mineral driven roundness and ripeness, while held together by succulent acidity. I can't stop thinking of thick grilled pork chops with porcini mushrooms or a creamy pasta!
