We absolutely love this estate and especially love their Ribolla Gialla. What an absolutely great food wine this bottling of Ribolla Gialla is. Elegantly textured, demure and reserved, light on its feet, mineral and meadow herbs and flowers. I'll reach for this bottle any time of year, with any dish, calling for white wine.
