Organic farming. A blend of old Hungarian clone Welschriesling (majority), Riesling and Chardonnay. All stainless steel. Hand harvested, native yeast, fined with bentonite (clay), unfiltered. Minimal sulfur at bottling. Multi-layered, mineral-driven, fresh acidity and elegant. A fresh and fruit driven dry aromatic white wine.
