Description
The Wohlmuth family have been vignerons in the village of Kitzeck for 200 years. Their vines are located in the Kitzeck-Sausal subzone- its microclimate the coolest in the greater region of South Styria or Sudsteirmark; it is one of the highest vineyard areas in all of Europe and one of its steepest with grades of up to 80%. Their Sauvignon Blanc with the village designation " Kitzeck-Sausal" is finely etched, elegant and exquisitely balanced with laser bright minerality and focus. It wears its intensity well- with suggestion of its power rather than in your face brashness. Lovely juice.
